Reading Your Dashboard
What each stat means, how commission history is shown, and how to track your earnings over time.
Your partner dashboard shows everything you need to track your referral performance and earnings.
Stats overview
The four top-level numbers give you a quick funnel view:
| Stat | What it means |
|---|---|
| Clicks | Total times someone landed on Golden Wealth through your referral link |
| Sign-ups | How many of those visitors created a free account |
| Conversions | How many sign-ups became paying subscribers |
| Total earned | Cumulative commission value across all time (pending + paid) |
A healthy conversion rate from clicks to sign-ups is 2–5%. From sign-ups to paid conversions, 15–30% is typical for a warm, relevant audience.
Earnings breakdown
Below the main stats, you'll see two additional figures:
- Pending payout — commissions that have been earned but not yet paid out to your bank account
- Total paid out — all-time commissions that have been transferred to your bank
Your pending balance grows each time a referred user makes a payment. It resets toward zero when a payout is issued.
Commission history
The commission history table shows each individual commission. Each row includes:
- Date — when the underlying payment was made by your referral
- Plan — which subscription plan they paid for (monthly or lifetime)
- Amount — your commission in dollars
- Status — pending, approved, or paid
You can use this table to reconcile your earnings against payouts. If you see a commission disappear or change to canceled, it means the underlying payment was refunded or disputed.
Your referral link
Your referral link is shown prominently at the top of the dashboard. Click Copy to copy it to your clipboard. This is the link to share — don't modify the ?ref= parameter or the attribution won't work.
When stats update
- Clicks — update in near real-time as visitors land on the site
- Sign-ups — update when a visitor creates an account
- Conversions and commissions — update within a few minutes of a successful Stripe payment
If you've just started sharing your link, it may take a few hours to see your first click.
Questions about a specific commission
If you see a commission you don't recognize or a discrepancy in your earnings, email us at partners@live-golden.com with the commission date and amount. We can trace every commission back to the underlying Stripe payment.
